Our tech pack development service begins with a discovery questionnaire designed to capture all the essential details about your designs. We ask for links and references to products you like, providing our designers with a strong base for your vision of the ideas you’d like to bring to life.
The process is collaborative. To ensure your vision is accurately translated, you’ll be in direct contact with our designers who will guide you through each stage, gathering all of the necessary information. This allows you to discuss your ideas in detail and receive guidance on how your ideas will translate to manufacturing. This ensures that every element is implemented exactly as you’d like, whilst also making sure they’re possible to create at a production level.
Once everything is in place, we create a comprehensive tech pack featuring CAD drawings, material lists, fabric compositions, customisation options, stitch details, trim placements, and factory ready production notes, ensuring a smooth transition from concept to manufacturing.
A tech pack includes all of the essential details required for manufacturing a garment. It goes beyond simple design images to provide a comprehensive blueprint that ensures accuracy and consistency in production.
A professional tech pack would include:
- Bill of Materials (BOM): A detailed list of fabrics
- Fabric specifications: Information of composition, GSM and treatments
- Artworks & References: Logos, prints, embroidery and placement details
- Manufacturing Guidelines: Any specific treatments, finishes, or production standards
- Color Standards: Standardised color references such as Pantone codes
- Sizing & Measurements: If a fit reference is provided, garment dimensions will be added

To include prints, logos, or other custom artwork, high resolution artwork files are required. If you don’t have these, we can assist in creating them; however, this service is not included in the base tech pack price.
